If you are a research nurse for a site on the EVIS study and named on the delegation log, please complete the below mandatory & recommended training modules. You can either read through the below PowerPoint slides or watch the associated training video, that is up to your discretion.
Please ensure that all training completed is then documented on the EVIS Module training log provided to your site, listing the relevant module names.

Module 2: EVIS IMP Prescribing
Module 3: EVIS IMP Preparation & Administration
Module 4: EVIS PV Training
Module 5: EVIS Consent Training (Only mandatory training if you have been delegated the responsibility of taking consent. If you are not delegated this responsibility then this is not mandatory training for you).
Module 6: EVIS Monitoring Training
Module 7: EVIS Protocol Deviations Training
Module 8: REDCAP/eCRF Training (Only mandatory training if you have been delegation the responsibility for eCRF data entry, patient randomisation etc. If you are not delegated any responsibilities which require access to the eCRF then this is not mandatory training for you).
